Cancellation Policy

Please present any gift cards or any other promotional coupons or vouchers upon your arrival at the salon/spa. Discount certificates may not be used on holidays or in conjunction with other discounts, promotions, or spa packages. A credit card number may be required to reserve spa packages, group, bridal, or service bundles of three or more. We kindly ask that you give us 24 hours notice on single service appointments and 48 hours notice services of two or more. If no notice is given and you fail to show up for an appointment a 100% of scheduled service fees may be charged to your credit card. Fees may also be deducted from gift card balances for cancellations without proper notice.
